Ingredients :

• 85 g tender butter
• 1 egg
• 85 g sugar
• 1 bag of vanilla sugar
• 150 g flour
• 100 g dark chocolate
• 1 tablespoon salt
• 1 tablespoon chemical yeast

The method :

1. Turn the chocolate into nuggets.
2. Preheat your oven at 180 °C.
3. In a salad bowl, mix the sugar, the egg, the vanilla sugar and 75g of butter.
4. Add flour mixed with the yeast, salt and the chocolate.
5. Shape the cookies on a buttered plate.
6. With 2 tablespoons, make small spaced heaps, enough to let the grow while they cook.
7. Bake for 10 minutes under monitoring... and enjoy !
